More About Daniel!

Daniel specializes in a trauma-informed, holistic approach uniting mind, body, and spirit and helps their clients nurture these inseparable parts of the human experience and connect clients with themselves, their community, and their Divine / Higher Self. Daniel is finishing a Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology program at Sofia University.

Daniel meets clients where they are in their healing process using an eclectic approach of cognitive, creative expression, somatic, mindfulness, and parts-work approaches to help aid clients in accessing and utilizing their own inner healer. Daniel also offers EMDR as an officially EMDRIA-trained clinician to help reprocess trauma and maladaptive cognitions. Detail to somatic experiences pervade these approaches as Daniel helps their clients pendulate into and out of challenging material and helps clients slowly regain association with their bodies that may have been cut off due to trauma in a careful, controlled manner.

Daniel has extensive experience working in the realm of spirituality, leveraging access to Higher Self and authenticity. Daniel’s foundation rests on seeing many mental health symptoms as indicators our bodies give us so that we can refocus attention from our busy lives to achieving harmony and peace within ourselves as well as in relationship with others, providing for a deeper, more complete healing.

Daniel holds an empathetic, nonjudgmental container for basic symptom management through total life transformation, supporting clients with grace to meet their big and small goals of personal health and personal success.

Outside of supporting clients in their life goals, Daniel enjoys the challenges of climbing and playing volleyball and exploration of dancing, yoga, music, and playing in nature as well as escaping into the expansive universe of Star Trek and integrating elements of it into life.
